422 – RARE STEYR PORTUGUESE MODEL 1896 MANNLICHER RIFLE: In good general condition. 6.5mm caliber. 43 ½ inch overall length. Very good metal retaining some of its original finish mixed with a smooth age patina. Some oxidation on barrel’s top. Missing the middle band spring and cleaning rod. Very good markings. 1899 dated. Very good stock with normal handling marks and a very good crest on the right side of the butt stock. Excellent action and very good bore with very good rifling.
