20S 72V Li ion or 60V Lifepo4 smart inductive active BMS with 100A constant current

Description Briefly Introductions : 1) Characteristics : This is a smart BMS with UART Bluetooth  Communication function it can communicate with our PC software to edit or set all parameters . English Mobile APP will not availabe currently . 2) Dimension :164*82*27mm 2) Application : It applied for 20S Li ion 72V or 60V Lifepo4  Battery with 100A constant charge and discharge current . 3) With the same charge and discharge port and balance functions 4) with highly  precision degree on SOC, SOH ,voltage and current metering 5) With full set protection functions : This BMS has applied with high quality IC chip specially for lithium battery protection purpose .highly detection precision degree on over-charge,over-discharge,voltage balancing ,and with detection on wires disconnection functions,with three layers of over-discharge and over-current detections and delay times in detecting process.( Over-current 1,over current 2,short cicircuit protection ) . short-circuit of charging port ,with two layers protection against over-voltage when charging : 6) with Three temperature detection channel ( one internal and two external ) And we can design and produce Battery protection circuit board in according to client’s demand with certain reasonable order quantity .for other series application : 7) With Max 5A active balance function ( the bigger voltage difference ,the bigger balance current ) 8) please use the PC communication TTL to USB Module to edit all parameters of our BMS without problems  .English APP currently was not available and it will be updated in future time soon . Why does Battery needs active balance ? To talk about balance, we have to start with the battery. Even batteries produced in same batches by the same manufacturer have their own life cycles – the capacity of each battery can not be exactly the same. There are two main reasons for this inconsistency: A.Inconsistency in production The inconsistencies in production are easy to understand. For example, during the production process, the separators are inconsistent, and the cathode and anode materials are inconsistent, which resulting in inconsistencies of overall battery capacity. For example, the production standard with a batch batteries with 2.5AH , But after the production it may become 2.4 AH,also it may be 2.6AH. This board operates on the principle of adjacent equalization for battery system ( Li ion or Lifepo4 ).  it should be applied together with Battery BMS. The pressure difference resulting from  charging and discharging  which will triggers the operation of the Balancer board to achieve energy transfer equalization. B . Electrochemical inconsistency Electrochemical inconsistency occurs during the battery charging and discharging process. Even if the production and processing of the two cells are exactly the same, the thermal environment can never be consistent during the electrochemical reaction. For example, when making battery modules, the surrounding temperature of battery system will be definitely lower than middle position , which will cause long-term inconsistency in charge and discharge and therefore causes inconsistency capacity with cells , and when the separator film of the battery has imbalance charging and discharging currents for a long time, the battery separator will aged.therefore takes Inconsistence. Battery inconsistency will affect the performance of the battery pack. Battery packs which were connected in series and follows the short- board effect of the barrel. for battery pack system connected in series, the capacity of the entire battery pack is determined by the lowest cell’s capacity, which results in: 1. Reduce the actual available capacity of the entire battery pack. 2. when The life of the battery pack is reduced, and the capacity is reduced,which will need to increase more times of charge and discharge cycles to let battery work, which will short battery life further. 3. safety performance will be seriously affected when battery consistence were terrible .   Specification reference ( and as for smart BMS ,its protection parameters can be set by PC adapter , this specification will just for our default protection parameters setting , client can set with our PC software without problems )     With Our PC software which can be used to set all parameters of the BMS with regular UART-TTL adapter communication module https://www.lithiumbatterypcb.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/PC-APP-1.mp4 Product and accessories List : Protection parameters reference Notice of connection  : A. Firstly ,Please connect bold wires from B- port of the BMS to the negative port of the battery pack .(B- wire should be as short as possible ) ,then connect these voltage detection wires (Please take off ting these wires to the battery to avoid any connection mistakes ) B. Second ,Please start connect these balance wires to the Battery system from BC0 ,Black thin wire should be connected to the battery negative , and the second wire -white wire BC1 should be connect to the positive port of the first series cell . BC2  should connect to the positive port of second series cell ,and BC3 wire to the third cell’s positive ….connection in this way in order one by one till to the last cell postive port C. Third . After connection of these balance wires finished , please measure connector voltage from each Neighbouring wires ,the voltage between each neighbouring wires for Li ion battery should be less than 4V and for Lifepo4 Battery should be less than 3.5V ,after confirmation of these wires connection order , you can plug cable connector into the BMS .–wrong connection order will damage our BMS surely . please be carefully with this step . D. Finally , connect C- wire as negative of charge and discharge , B wire as positive of charge and discharge , those wires should use bold wire to make connection for large current distribution purpose . then please comparing the voltage from the BMS and voltage directly from the Battery to see if they are the same or not . if they are the same value . your connection is correct , otherwise terrible things will happend !!!   Transaction terms : 1) Shipment time : once received your order ,we will proceed it quickly within 3~4 working days without problems .order can be cancled within these days ,otherwise we will reject to cancle the order ,because our items can not get back when in the process of shipment . we will inform our buyer if  there is a stock problems with the order and arrange a properly agreenment on the shipment schedule by email . 2) Shipment Methods : Client can choose suitable shipment methods based on your demand ,Post air parcel service or Express service , we will ship all orders strictly in according to the selected shipment methods by our customer . normally , Post parcel shipment time takes 7~60days depends on different countries serivce . and express takes 2~15days to the destination normally . 3) About Tracking number : Tracking number will be uploaded and will be informed by the registered email on each Friday ,please pay attention to your email later on for the tracking number update . 4) Quality Service : we will take a full responsibility for any defect product caused by our design and production problems ,warranty time is 12 months since the shipment date . but for any defect product caused by any wrong or slavery application from customers . we will not take the responsibility for that , because for this BMS product ,it do need some skills to make installation . please consult us in advance if you are not clearly with bms connection in the hope of avoid any mistakes of connection . if Buyer damaged the BMS , we can offer the free repairing service to our client , but client should take care of shipment cost .please know it kindly in advance . thanks Please send email to this address for any questions [email protected], we will give you reply within 12hours without problems .
