100 Litres Commercial Heavy Duty Spiral Dough Mixer This robust dough mixer has a capacity of 100 liters and is suitable for heavy kneading work in the professional kitchen. You can knead different types of dough up to a maximum of 64kg Description When working with large quantities of dough, you need a professional and powerful dough mixer. With this machine, which has a huge capacity of 100 liters, you can mix many ingredients into a smooth and delicious dough in one go. This helps quicken your preparation time so you can focus on making baked goods, like bread and pizza bases. This robust mixer is indispensable in the kitchen of large restaurants, bakeries, and company canteens. The minimum amount of flour you can process in this dough mixer is 30kg, but it can hold up to a maximum of 40kg of flour and make 64kg of dough. Easy operation The display on this mixer is very user-friendly. The control panel displays clearly the timers and buttons for setting the right speed. You can choose between two speeds for kneading, either 126 or 252 RPM. The powerful motor has no problem mixing large amounts of dough at these speeds. The machine is also very safe to work with. The mixer has a safety switch to prevent the motor from overheating. Furthermore, it’s equipped with overload protection so that you can never put too many ingredients into the mixing bowl. Accidents, while the machine is working, are also prevented, thanks to the protective cage that covers the mixing bowl. This stops objects or hands from getting caught in the dough hook. Thanks to the belt drive, this mixer will last a long time. Easy and quick to clean Cleaning this mixer is an easy job because of the materials used. The metal housing has a durable coating, and the mixing bowl and dough hook is made from stainless steel so they can be cleaned quickly with a slightly damp cloth and mild detergent. Logo door mats can be cleaned in several different ways.

  1. They can be commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions *)
  2. Vacuumed regularly (daily in high-traffic areas; weekly in lower-traffic applications);
  3. Cleaned with an extractor, or hosed off as necessary to remove heavy soil.
  4. Hang to dry. Mats should always be dry before they are placed back in service.

Printed logo door mat – washing instructions:

  1. Flush, 2-3 Min. on a medium water level with a maximum temperature of 49°C
  2. Flush (optional), 2-3 Min. on a medium water level with a maximum temperature of 49 °C
  3. Break, 2-3 Min. on a high water level with a maximum temperature of 49 °C
  4. Rinse, 2 Min. on a high water level with cold temperature
  5. Rinse, 2 Min. on a high water level with cold temperature
  6. Extract on low speed, 1-2 Min.
  7. Shake out with the drum turning, 1 Min.
  8. Extract, on a maximum of 250G, 3-5 Min.
  9. Dry (optional), 5-10 Min. with a maximum basket temperature of 82 °C
  10. Cool down, 5 Min.

Additional Recommendations:

  • For Heavy Soiled Mats, increase temperature up to max. 60°C.
  • Break should not exceed pH of 9,5; use low pH non-ionic detergents.
  • Do not over dry mats; Basket-temperature of dryer should not exceed 82 °C.
  • If mats are not dried, final rinse can be increased to 49 °C. This will reduce moisture retention following extraction.
  • Lay mats flat following removal from washer; allow mats to cool before rolling
